Learn How To Cook With Cannabis For Its Medicinal Benefits

Learn About The Benefits of Cooking With Cannabis

It’s my pleasure to bring back on the show Jenny aka MissNewtyGrows on Instagram. Today she comes on the show to talk about the recreational and medicinal benefits of cooking with cannabis.

Jenny offers tips, tricks and simple solutions for when you first start cooking with cannabis.

Her advice is practical and will allow you not to get overwhelmed or intimidated when you first start learning how to cook with cannabis.

Around the 20 minute mark in the show, I think she made an important point about how long you should cook with your cannabis. She said and I quote “the longer you cook with cannabis, the greater the “couch-like” effect it will have on your body. As the THC degrades, it turns into CBN which in turn makes you sleepy.” I think that’s an important statement for you if you’re considering cooking with cannabis.

This is a great podcast for anyone that’s looking to get a better understanding of how to properly cook with cannabis the first or even the second time around. Please remember to press subscribe and enjoy the show!
